Creator to Closer™ — Bonus Bingo 2025 Official Rules

Campaign period. Campaign runs from 9/19/25 through 10/5/25 at 11:59:00 PM PST. Only actions completed and submitted within this timeframe are eligible.

How to play. Complete the tasks listed in the Bingo card. Each completed task = one filled square. Tasks must meet the definitions in Section 5 to count.

Entry & proof. To claim progress you must submit proof for every completed square via the official submission form on the Creator to Closer™ site (link). Proof must include all required items listed in Section 5. Partial or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

What counts as proof. Acceptable proof depends on the square:

• Enrollments (Ignite/Accelerate/Ascend/Amplify): Official enrollment confirmation showing purchaser name and date (receipt, order confirmation email, invoice, or platform enrollment record). Self-enrollments, enrollments of employees, or enrollments of accounts controlled by the entrant do NOT qualify.

• Sign-ups / followers: A link to the public profile (or screenshot showing handle + timestamp) demonstrating the new follower/sign-up, plus the follower's username. Screenshots must show timestamp or the date in the platform UI.

• Posts / live streams / collabs / shout-outs: Public post URL or recording showing the content and date. For “post 3 days in a row” consecutive days must be shown.

• Partner / collab videos: Public URL of the collab with both creators visible or a pinned comment/description showing both handles and date.

• Other tasks: Follow the specific evidence instructions on the submission form.

All screenshots or links must be unedited and clearly legible. Submissions that rely solely on private DMs without confirmation will not be accepted.

One prize per person. A person may win only one prize. If an entrant qualifies for more than one prize, they will receive the highest-value prize they legitimately qualify for. Lower-value prizes that would have been won by that entrant will be awarded to the next verified qualifying entrant (per verification order).

Prize awarding & order. Prizes are awarded only after verification. In case multiple people submit the same qualifying evidence, the prize will be awarded to the earliest verified submission (based on submission timestamp and verification completed). Creator to Closer™ reserves the right to choose winner(s) at its discretion if two submissions are substantively identical.

Verification & disqualification. All claims are subject to verification. Any fraudulent, misleading, or manipulated submissions (including sockpuppet accounts, fake screenshots, “dummy” enrollments, purchased enrollments or followers created solely to qualify, or any attempt to circumvent the rules) will result in disqualification for the entrant and any related accounts. Creator to Closer™ reserves the right to audit participants and rescind prizes if fraud is discovered after awarding.

Submission deadline & prize claim. All claims must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT on 10/5/25. Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the campaign close. Winners must accept their prize and provide any requested additional verification within 7 days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

Taxes & responsibilities. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash (except as specified), and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly allowed.

Publicity & privacy. By entering, entrants consent to Creator to Closer™ using their name and entered content for promotional purposes. Personal data submitted will be used only to administer the contest and not shared outside Creator to Closer™ except as required by law.

Changes & final authority. Creator to Closer™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest for any reason. All decisions of Creator to Closer™ are final. By participating you agree to these official rules.
