At SAMRAAT Academy, we are dedicated to helping creators grow, monetize, and scale their content with high-quality coaching and resources. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before enrolling in any program.

1. Refund Policy

• All payments for Creator+, Creator to Closer™ monthly subscription course, and VIP Upgrade 1:1 are non-refundable.

• Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as SAMRAAT Academy being unable to deliver the program as described. Requests must be submitted in writing to samraat@samraatacademy.com within 7 days of purchase.

• Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription or enrollment at any time by contacting samraat@samraatacademy.com.

Creator to Closer™ Monthly Subscription Course:

• Cancellation stops future monthly payments immediately.
• Access to the course and community is revoked immediately upon cancellation.

VIP Upgrade 1:1 sessions:

• Due to the limited and personal nature of 1:1 coaching, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session.
• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Creator+:

• Cancellations stop future billing.
• Access to Creator+ resources ends immediately upon cancellation.

3. Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, your access to:

• Live sessions
• Recordings
• Community platform
• Exclusive LARK group
• Downloadable resources

will be revoked immediately.

Any materials already downloaded remain subject to copyright and may not be shared externally.

4. Policy Updates

SAMRAAT Academy reserves the right to update this policy at any time. All changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
