2. Program Access and License

Enrollment in Creator+ or Creator to Closer™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access program materials for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share account credentials
  
  
• Distribute, reproduce, or resell program materials
  
  
• Record live sessions without written consent
  
  
• Use materials for commercial redistribution

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to videos, training materials, templates, frameworks, branding elements, text, graphics, and recordings, are the exclusive intellectual property of SAMRAAT Academy and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Payments and Subscriptions

By enrolling in subscription-based programs, you authorize recurring billing.

• Cancellation stops future billing.
  
  
• Access to programs and community platforms is revoked immediately upon cancellation.
  
  
• All payments are non-refundable in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  
  

5. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer

SAMRAAT Academy provides educational and coaching services. We make no guarantees regarding financial results, income levels, brand partnerships, business growth, or other outcomes.

Individual results vary and depend on personal effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Maintain respectful and professional communication
  
  
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct
  
  
• Avoid unauthorized promotion within community platforms

SAMRAAT Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAMRAAT Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.

8. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which SAMRAAT Academy operates.
